The Glitch Became a Signal
The passion for human behavior became a pull. I dove deep into everything I could find: subconscious reprogramming, neuroplasticity, biophysics, body-emotion systems, sacred geometry, emotional memory, quantum physics, epigenetics—not just to learn, but to feel my own truth.
I became a Certified Hypnotherapist (IAPCP-accredited), Certified HeartMath+ Practitioner, and MAP Method Practitioner. I now walk a new path as a Wellness Complementary Practitioner.
I Still Bruise. But I Don’t Run from the Glitch.
I now live as if I am from a different dimension. I still feel pain when it lands. But I don’t panic like I used to. I no longer run from the glitch. I sit with it. I listen.
And that has become my calling, to be the bridge:
Between emotions and system logic.
Between trauma and identity.
Between what we were taught to be—and what we already are.
That’s Why I Created IAM Code-x.
Not as a solution—but as a mirror.
A way to feel yourself back into clarity.
To decode the patterns.
To return to the part of you that never needed fixing—just reflection.
If you’re seeking clarity in your career, your relationships, or your life…
If something inside you is flickering, but you don’t know how to name it—I’m here for you.
I won’t tell you what you want to hear.
I’ll reflect what your system is already whispering.
Because when you feel it—really feel it—choice becomes clear.
With love,
Darlene Vega
New Haven → Lancaster → Puerto Rico → Dallas (Today)
I was born in New Haven, CT, raised in Lancaster, MA, and then traveled to Puerto Rico in my pre-teen years for what I now call a 30+ year vacation. Total culture shock—and yet, it felt like home. I fell in love with the rhythm, the food, the music, the community. But school? That was the hard part.
Fluent in Feeling, Not Grammar
I didn’t learn to read until 3rd grade. I had already been held back in 1st grade for falling behind. It was easier to learn Spanish than English—and even now, my friends would say I’m still decoding both. But here’s the truth: I’ve never been fluent in grammar. I’ve always been fluent in feeling.
Language always felt like a container too small for what I sensed. I'd try to explain something and my words couldn’t carry the signal. But underneath? I felt the spaces between things. The unspoken. The flicker in someone’s eye. The thing they were really saying—without saying it.
Interviewing Patterns, Not Just People
Eventually, I earned an MBA in Human Resources and spent 15+ years in Talent Acquisition—interviewing thousands of people. Only recently did I understand what I was actually doing: tracking patterns. Reading behavior. Reading frequency. Feeling what was behind the performance.
I learned all the strategies—STAR interview methods, legal compliance, workforce planning. But what taught me the most was what people communicated before they spoke. I’d catch behavior loops in real time. Something would light up in me:
“Ah… there it is. That’s the pattern.”
I wasn’t there to hire people. I was there to help decode them.
